The Football Tackle tournaments will be held in 11vs11, 9vs9 men’s and 9vs9 women’s Tackle modes.

On 4, 5 and 6 June the qualifying matches will take place (3 matches for each team registered) and on Saturday 7 the finals of the 3 modes will be held.

The matches will be of 1h clock (2 halves of 30min and 5min of pause) to safeguard the safety of the players and allow the development of 4 games in 4 consecutive days.

The registration for the games is individual and costs 200 € per person, includes tournament, field, referees, medical assistance, cups, medals, local transport, participation in the opening and closing ceremonies together with about 5/6000 athletes of all disciplines, DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation and meals.

Alternatively, you can choose one of the ALL INCLUSIVE packages proposed by the Greek organizing committee HOCSH that include registration and accommodation in 2,3,4 star hotels with breakfast, lunch and dinner, from the night of June 3rd to the night of Saturday 7 included (5 nights).

• The games are reserved for players who have reached the age of 18 by the date of 3 June 2025 and no professional athletes are allowed.

All participating teams must arrive on 3 June. For those who choose one of the ALL INCLUSIVE packages there is the possibility to have extra nights in selected hotels, as indicated in FINAL INVITATION WSG25 – LOUTRAKI.

The arrival airport is Athens, about 1h30 from Loutraki, reachable by train and/ or bus and there is the possibility to book a transport of the organization at a cost of 50 € / person reserved at the time of registration.

ATTENTION

Participants are strongly advised to book their flight tickets with a full refund clause in case of cancellation. We would like to remind you that we do not know how the situation in the Middle East will evolve. The Organising Committee will not be responsible for reimbursement of flight tickets in case of closure of airspace.

The final date for payment of the registration ( and possibly hotel reservation) is 10 March 2025.
After this date it is possible to make further individual registrations paying a penalty of 30% on the cost of the registration and/ or hotel reservation until 15 May 2025.

The organization will refund 100% of the registration.

The venue for the American Football tournaments is the Olympiakos Loutraki Football Field, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Loutraki and the finals will take place at the Municipal Stadium of Loutraki ( to be confirmed ).

Live streaming of the matches will be available on our YouTube channel.

The 46th CSIT ExCom Congress took place in Loutraki, Greece, last week with the presentation and organization of the next WorldSportsGames2025 that will take place in June in the Greek city. Many sports will be the protagonists and athletes will not miss football, thanks to the commitment and organization of AGWA, Amateur Gridiron World Association, which attended the Congress with its General Commissioner, Walter Sabbioneda. The WorldSportsGames will see three types of sport: “demonstration” which involves some disciplines that are played locally depending on the participating country, then “partner” sports that are organized by CSIT members, as in the case of American football organized by AGWA and finally the “official sports”, where there are at least 4 CSIT members who practice the sport and then form technical committees. Specifically, AGWA spokesman Walter Sabbioneda, after visiting the sports facilities with the organisers, also had a meeting with the CSIT general secretary, Wolfgang Burghardt, presenting the BACKINTHEGAME project and the newborn team in Italy of female tackle Team Scarlet Phoenix.

Together with the CSIT president and AICS chairman, Bruno Molea, an important discussion took place on the topics of empowerment/gender equality of equal opportunities within the CSIT with Elisabeth Speiser-Havel, who has expressed her willingness to help AGWA in the dissemination of the women’s project.

Speiser-Havel, president of the Catch’n Serve International Federation and in Austria, General Secretary of Catch’n Serve, who is enthusiastic about the BACKINTHEGAME project, She did not hide his interest in attending the next 23 November in Garbagnate Milanese to the international test match that will see the Scarlet Phoenix committed against the English Titans Manchester.

The Hellenic Organization for Company Sports & Health ( H.O.C.S.H. ) is proud to announce that will host the VIII. CSIT WORLD SPORTS GAMES. The event will be co-organized by the Municipality of Loutraki-Perachora-Ag. Theodoroi, in cooperation with the Region of Peloponnese the Municipalities of Corinth and Velo-Vocha and several sport federations. The WSG will take place across the cities of Loutraki, Perachora, Agioi Theodoroi, Lecheo, Velo, and Vocha from June 3rd to 8th, 2025.

The Hellenic Organization for Company Sports & Health is excited to welcome CSIT, its World Sports Games, the International Workers & Amateur Sports Movement, partners, and several thousand amateur athletes and participants from around the globe. They will come together to practice and compete in various sports and activities in an exceptional atmosphere and optimal conditions. The WSG are open for all amateur sports-athletes with raising numbers of participants each edition and we welcome member & non-member organisations, partners, governmental bodies, trade unions and companies from all over the world. The history of the CSIT of more than 100 years proves this event has “Olympic allures”. It provides the participants a real international sports week with additional touristic and cultural content they will never forget.
